Battling Depression Agoraphobia and Bipolar Disorder with Conga Dan the Harmonica Man

Conga Dan plays his harmonica in the forest and discusses Mental Health.  He focuses on agoraphobia, bipolar disorder and depression.  Breathing techniques exorcise , medication and focus groups are mentioned.  Fear of outdoors, large crowds and crying can stop people from getting help.  Depression can be caused by a chemical imbalance or by exterior forces or other people.  Manic depression is serious and we all need to accept our own feelings, allowing them to pass through us. As an example it is like how the river flows and even if there is a rock as an obstacle, it flows around it instead.
