Resolving conflicts and removing oneself from intense situations are healthy.  Anger can be explosive and dark when bottled up and a black hole within ones soul can be created.  Control and abuse can cause others to feel angry, depressed or sick and when anger is held in a person can get headaches, shortness of breath, heart and chest problems and dizziness.  Respect of the rules of engagement are necessary for intelligent resolutions of conflicts from anger and anger management
